SHIPPING INFORMATION

We charge only for actual shipping costs. Insurance is required on all purchases. There is an 8.25% TX sales tax to all purchases shipped to Texas addresses. Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days; special orders take 7-14 business days. Shipping notification and tracking information will be sent via e-mail.

RETURNS

We thank you for your business, however, we allow return of merchandise only within three (3) days of delivery confirmation. We request you first email us with the specific details and reason for the return. You have exactly three (3) days from the delivery confirmation to reship the item. NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-refundable costs for shipping and PayPal fees incurred by the transaction. A 10% restocking fee unless the return is issued as a store credit.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
